Advance Tee Time Booking – Terms & Conditions

Groups reserving more than four (4) consecutive tee times or a total of sixteen (16) or more golfers are considered advance bookings and are subject to the following terms. A member of our golf team will be in touch to finalize details and confirm your reservation.

To secure your booking, a valid credit card authorization form is required and must be kept on file at the time of reservation. This card is used solely to guarantee the booking and to cover any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
A complete player roster is required no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled day of play. Each participant must include their first and last name, player type (weekday play only: junior, senior, or regular rate), phone number, and email address. Foursome pairings are not required, as the roster is used strictly for accurate headcount and operational planning.

Cancellations of one or more foursomes made within 48 hours of the scheduled tee time, day-of cancellations, or no-shows will result in a $250 cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.
All advance bookings are accepted with the understanding that the Club may schedule tournaments or events requiring full course access. In such cases, the Club reserves the right to reschedule or cancel advance bookings, with reasonable notice provided whenever possible. Alternative dates or tee times will be offered when available. If rescheduling is not possible, any deposits or prepayments will be fully refunded. The Club is not responsible for any additional costs or losses resulting from such changes.
