The class is back in town
Tracking down classmates is hard enough; the venue should be the easy part. The Club at Twin Lakes gives a reunion committee one property that sells the ticket for you: floor-to-ceiling windows over the lake, a patio with gas lanterns and firepits for the long catch-up conversations, and a room dressed well beyond a fire-hall reunion.
A class reunion venue that scales with the RSVP list
Reunion turnout is the great unknown, so the rooms flex with it. An intimate 10-year gathers in the Cypress Room (up to 80), most milestone reunions land in the Grace Room (130) or Lakeview Room (180), and a big class with spouses fills the Lakeview Ballroom at up to 300 with two built-in hardwood bars and a dance floor sized to the crowd.
The Lakeview and Cypress Rooms include retractable screens with built-in projection for the yearbook slideshow and the in-memoriam tribute, and built-in sound covers the welcome speech and the playlist from senior year.
Easy on the reunion committee
Menus are priced per person, so setting a ticket price is simple: cocktail receptions with heavy hors d’oeuvres for a mingle-first crowd, or buffets and stations for a sit-down evening, all from our in-house executive chef. Set-up, staffing and clean-up are handled, cash or open bar formats both work, and free on-site parking minutes from Route 309 is easy to print on the invitation for classmates flying in.

Six months to a year ahead is the comfortable window, since reunions compete with wedding season for fall and spring Saturdays. Locking the date early also gives classmates more notice to travel.
