Engagement Parties

An engagement party venue where the story starts the way it should: cocktails on a lakeside patio, dinner by an in-house chef and a first look at the property where the wedding could follow.

Say yes to the party too

The ring is on, the families are meeting and somebody has to host it right. An engagement party at The Club at Twin Lakes gives both sides of the aisle a proper first evening together: floor-to-ceiling views of the lake, a champagne toast with the sun going down over the 18th and none of the hosting falling on either family’s kitchen.

An engagement party venue for every style of toast

A cocktail reception with passed hors d’oeuvres mingles beautifully in the Grace Room (up to 130), where the private patio catches the golden hour. An intimate dinner with parents and the wedding party fits the Cypress Room (up to 80), while a full both-families blowout takes the Lakeview Room (up to 180) or the Lakeview Ballroom (up to 300) with its two built-in hardwood bars.

Our in-house executive chef shapes the menu to the evening, from stations and small plates to a plated dinner, and built-in sound means the toasts carry to the back of the room. Free on-site parking minutes from Route 309 keeps it easy for guests meeting each other for the first time.

The venue audition, included

Plenty of couples discover their wedding venue at their own engagement party. Celebrating here means seeing the rooms dressed for an event, tasting the kitchen’s work and meeting the coordinators, all before a single wedding decision is made. If the night goes the way most do, ask about dates for the wedding, the rehearsal dinner and the shower while you are here.

The full list of celebrations, from anniversaries on, lives on the Celebrate page.

Questions, answered.

From 20 to 300 guests across four lakeside rooms: the Cypress Room (up to 80), Grace Room (130), Lakeview Room (180) and Lakeview Ballroom (300).

Both work well here. Cocktail receptions with passed hors d’oeuvres keep two families mingling, while plated dinners suit a more intimate gathering. Our in-house executive chef shapes the menu either way.

Absolutely. Many couples tour the ceremony sites and talk wedding dates during engagement party planning, and our coordinators are happy to walk both timelines at once.

Yes. The lakeside grounds, brick walkway and arbor make a natural backdrop, and the Grace Room patio catches the sunset over the water for golden-hour photos.

Engagement parties usually land within a few months of the proposal, and weekend dates share the calendar with weddings. Send your preferred date through the Book an Event form and our team will confirm availability, usually within one business day.

Let’s put it on the calendar.

Tell us your date and headcount. Our coordinators will recommend the right room, shape the menu and handle the rest.
