A prom in the school gym is a decorating committee’s uphill battle. A prom at The Club at Twin Lakes starts with the drama built in: a grand entrance, a 5,200 square foot ballroom with floor-to-ceiling lakeside windows, and a golden-hour backdrop for photos that no crepe paper can compete with.
A prom venue built for grand entrances
The Lakeview Ballroom hosts proms and formals for up to 300 students with a dance floor laid to fit the class and built-in sound with the bass to carry it. Smaller schools and homecoming dances fit the Lakeview Room (up to 180) or the Grace Room (up to 130) with its own private patio. As the sun sets over the water and the 18th green, the lakeside patio becomes the photo spot of the night.
Easy on the advisors, safe for the students
One coordinator works with your prom committee from first walkthrough to last dance: floor plan, timeline, decorating window and vendor arrivals all run through a single point of contact. The single-building layout keeps every student in one supervised space, chaperones get sight lines across the whole room, and free on-site parking makes drop-off and pick-up painless.
Our in-house executive chef builds student-friendly menus, from dinner buffets to stations and dessert tables, priced to student-activity budgets. Bring your own DJ or find one through our preferred vendors.
Post-prom gatherings and Sweet 16s and teen socials get the same treatment, and when the class crosses the stage in June, graduation parties are our season. The full list lives on the Celebrate page.

Prom season overlaps wedding season, so spring Friday and Saturday dates go early. Reach out through the Book an Event form as soon as your date is set and we will confirm availability, usually within one business day.
