Match the setting to the relationship. An intimate dinner for a key account fits the Cypress Room: up to 80, private hardwood bar, views of the lakes and the 18th. A product briefing over lunch takes the Lakeview Room with its retractable screens and built-in projection. A full client appreciation night can fill the Grace Room or the Lakeview Ballroom, with patios, gas lanterns and firepits keeping the conversation going after dessert.
And then there’s the course: 18 championship holes right outside the door. A morning foursome with lunch after remains the oldest trick in the relationship-building book because it works. If the group grows, it becomes a golf outing with a lakeside banquet to finish.
