Sports & Team Banquets
A sports banquet venue where the whole roster fits: lakeside rooms for 20 to 300 guests, buffets built for athletes and pricing that respects a booster club budget.
Season’s end deserves a real banquet
The season that ate every weekend deserves a better finish than folding tables in the cafeteria. For years, teams and booster clubs from the Parkland, Whitehall and Northwestern Lehigh school districts, along with youth organizations like Blue Mountain ski racing, have closed their seasons at The Club at Twin Lakes, in rooms with floor-to-ceiling views of the lake.
A sports banquet venue sized to the roster
A single squad with families fits the Cypress Room (up to 80) or the Grace Room (up to 130). A full program with JV, varsity and parents takes the Lakeview Room (up to 180), and an all-sports awards night fills the Lakeview Ballroom with up to 300 guests.
Built-in sound and microphones carry every name called to the podium, and the Lakeview and Cypress Rooms add retractable screens with built-in projection for the season highlight reel. Head tables, awards tables and trophy displays are set before the first family arrives.
Built for booster clubs
Buffets are the format of choice: athletes eat well and eat fast, and per-person menus from our in-house executive chef are shaped to booster budgets. Set-up, clean-up and staffing are all handled, so the volunteers who ran the concession stand all season finally get a night off. Free on-site parking and a location minutes from Route 309 keep it easy for every family in the district.
Golf teams can pair the banquet with a round on our 18-hole championship course (see golf outings), booster clubs raise money here too (see fundraisers and charity galas), and corporate recognition dinners have a home on our award dinners and banquets page. The whole lineup lives on the Host page.
