Fundraisers & Charity Galas

A fundraiser venue that helps the room give: a lakeside ballroom for up to 300, built-in sound for the live auction and a setting generous enough to open wallets.

The room is part of the ask

Every development director knows it: the setting sets the giving. A gala in a lakeside ballroom, with floor-to-ceiling windows catching the sunset, firepits glowing on the patio and a proper dinner from an in-house chef, tells donors this organization is worth their confidence. The Club at Twin Lakes has been setting that stage for Lehigh Valley causes for over 65 years.

A fundraiser venue built for the program

The Lakeview Ballroom hosts up to 300 across 5,200 square feet, with two built-in hardwood bars keeping lines short during the silent auction and built-in sound with microphones carrying the live appeal to every table. Smaller benefit dinners fit the Lakeview Room (180), Grace Room (130) or Cypress Room (80). The Lakeview and Cypress Rooms add retractable screens and built-in projection for mission videos and paddle-raise totals.

Our coordinators work with your committee on the run of show, from cocktail hour and seated dinner through the program, appeal and dancing, and handle set-up, service and clean-up so your volunteers can work the room instead of the logistics.

Menus that respect the mission’s budget

Our in-house executive chef builds gala menus that feel generous while respecting the margin your cause depends on: plated dinners, stations or hors d’oeuvres receptions, quoted individually. Free on-site parking removes a friction point for donors, and the central location minutes from Route 309 draws attendance from across the Valley.

Many organizations pair the annual gala with a spring charity golf tournament. Same property, same team, twice the fundraising calendar. Smaller community organizations should also see our nonprofit events page, or start at the Host hub.

Questions, answered.

Yes. Charity outings on our 18-hole championship course are a specialty, with registration, contest holes, scoring and banquet service handled by our team at competitive rates.

Menus are built in-house by our executive chef and quoted individually, so your committee can shape the menu and bar package around the margin your fundraising goal requires.

Prime spring and fall Saturdays book well in advance, so reach out as soon as your committee has target dates. Send them through the Book an Event form and our team will reply, usually within one business day.
